This week has been positive lesson in trusting the process as I have seen some benefits from sacrifices and work I’ve put in the past. Planting the seed and waiting for the results to grow can be a challenge. Patience is key and having faith that the process will work can be difficult. As we move through our lives, it's easy to get caught up in the minutiae of our day-to-day challenges. We focus on immediate results and often forget the bigger picture of where we are going. The practice of trusting the process can be a helpful way to keep our long-term goals in mind and look beyond our present circumstances.
